Hello. I have noticed many times that some users (especially the newly registered, unengaged ones) deliberately uploaded wrong articles/books to requests that are set at the top. Those wrong materials are completely irrelevant to the requests. What is really frustrating is that users spent a great deal of points to set the request s at the top and have these users ruined them. No one can reupload the document until the moderators respond. That usually take hours (which is understandably, I am not blaming the moderators). However, the wait also means that the points used to set at the top are wasted. Can the mod do something about this? For example, allowing the requesters to remove the wrong articles? Or at least returning the points that are used to set the request at the top (in addition to the points used for the request)? Can the mod do something about these crazy users? Thanks. |
